Diagnosis is not Displaying

Problem: When adding a new diagnosis, the clinician enters the known diagnosis code but the code and description do not display. 

Solution: On the top of the tablet screen, under the Point Care icon, there is a dropdown arrow in the Home Health Box. tap the dropdown arrow and select "All".

If the entered diagnosis is valid, the description should display and can be selected.
