In some instances, HCHB might request that the clinician upload a “LOG FILE” in order to resolve an issue.
Here is the process to have a tablet log uploaded to HCHB. This is only to be done if instructed to do so by Diane, myself or HCHB support person.

How do I upload a log file in PointCare?
In order to upload a log file from within PointCare, there are three places where this can be done:
1. From within a visit on the Visit Actions Screen, tap the Menu button, then "Upload Log File."
2. From outside of a visit on the main visits screen, tap the Menu button, then "Upload Log File."
3. From outside of a visit on the main visits screen, tap Maintenance, go to Diagnostics, then "Upload Log File."
In order to assist the technology team with troubleshooting, please enter a note of information about the issue that is being reported. The more specific you can be, the better.
