CRD Unable to Edit/Lock oasis due to a missing Symptom Control Rating.

• While processing the workflow, select the  Dx to edit (not the symptom control rating)
• An Interim order is needed (Mark the order Do not send to MD)
• Complete the order Instructions and then click on Diagnosis ( on the left hand side)
• The Dx list will appear, highlight the Dx that needs editing and click Edit (on the bottom of the page)
• This will open the Edit Dx and symptom control rating screen. Edit and Save.
