Error communicating with server

Someone at HCHB built out as this user and didn't select our CS Troubleshooting mode setting. When this is enabled, this allows us to build out as a user and not affect the user's actual device with any data we record or password change we make.

Tablet needs to be Re-registered.

  1. Before entering the password, select "Register" on the menu.
  2. Enter server code, user id, set up code, new password, confirm password
  3. After required fields are addressed, select "Register"
